The company was formed in July 2008 by Gary Scully, operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire. The initial contract was at the Copper Dragon Brewery where a new £4.5 million expansion programme was underway for a new brew house, bar bistro, conference rooms and a visitor centre. This was completed in December 2008.

Gary Scully has over 24 years experience in the groundworks and construction industry, ranging from heavy civil engineering contracts such as bridge building, motorway construction, industrial and commercial developments, and also house building developments.

Having trust plays a big part in being awarded contracts, as seen when a contract awarded was followed by further contracts from the same customer.

We are left to get on with contracts. Reliability, honesty, quality, knowing what we are doing and being able to operate in a professional manner demonstrates to clients and customers how we are able to manage the contract on a day to day basis.
