This project is an extension to a detatched 3 bed property providing a downstairs playroom, integral garage, large utility room and a through kitchen.

We removed a single garage, built the extension to provide downstairs playroom, integral garage, large utility, through kitchen, a large bedroom upstairs with a walk in wardrobe, and large en-suite. We did the plastering, and all internal construction.

The extension almost doubled the floor area of the house.
