This project was to construct a new garden room extenstion, linked to the house.

We demolished the extsing brick outhouse, then excavated the garden area to construct new paved and walled patio area. We installed a new drainage system to cater for the new extension and the en-suite facilities.

With the main construction complete, we knocked the kitchen through into the new extension and installed a new en-suite into the garden room.
