The Requirement
This was an urgent office fit-out project for an international coffee company in a newly acquired business unit.
A separate office space was required in addition to the storage area, to allow privacy and a quieter working environment.
Office Fit Out
We took down and removed existing partitions and display areas to create office space. To create office space, at the back of the unit we built the partitioned off office space and storage area with studded and plasterboard walls. Then created a wide access door for forklift trucks to access the storage area by installing large openings to the rear of the unit.
