Scope for Major Expansion
This project is a house extension to a detached three bedroom property, with single attached garage and plenty of ground space round the house. More space was needed.
The new extension provided a downstairs playroom, integral garage, large utility room and a through kitchen, and upstairs a large bedroom.
Double Storey Extension
We removed a single garage, then built the double storey extension which almost doubled the floor area of the house. The width was much more than the original single garage, allowing for large rooms upstairs.
The new extension provides a downstairs playroom, integral garage, large utility and through kitchen. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, and a large en-suite.
We did the plastering and all internal construction, and arranged for electrical and plumbing work. As with all extensions, electrical and plumbing needs to integrate into the systems of the house.
