The brief
This project is a Garage conversion with a difference in Burnley. The requirement was a larger room, turning a garage and lounge into a sports room and utility room.
The garage conversion project
The internal split divide wall between the garage and lounge was removed. Steel beams were placed into position and walls and floors insulated and re-plastered.
New patio doors were installed in place of the garage door.
A utility room was constructed as part of the garage conversion built to the rear of the area. All services are provided to the utility room.
The pictures below show the utility room and the building work underway with walls removed and the beam put in place, these are work in progress pictures.
