The Requirement
The customer wanted a single story extension to the rear of the house, to create a large open plan through room with large doors to the garden. Garden landscaping is also required.
The House Extension Project
We engaged the architect to sort out the drawings and planning.
The full construction included the single storey extension, built with stone style blocks to match the house.
The house was reconfigured from a kitchen and dining room. We knocked through the back wall of the house and got rid of the dividing wall between the original kitchen and dining room. The result is one large open plan kitchen diner with bi-fold doors at the back, and a vaulted ceiling in the new house extension.
Garden Landscaping
We extended the patio paving, extended and rebuilt the garden walls and modified the raised garden area.
This house extension project took 7 weeks from start to finish.
